SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY. We charge a flat shipping rate of $20 US for all orders. For international shipping, there is an additional shipping charge of $40 US (depending on destination) and the customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes.  We do not ship on National Holidays.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept refunds, exchanges  provided that you have met the timing requirements outlined below. Please email us at info@ssspeech.com within 14 days from your original ship date and include your name and order. We are not responsible for the shipping costs incurred on the return merchandise.
